Saru Jiu Jitsu - Combat Jiu Jitsu

Combat Ju-Jitsu (CJJ)

CJJ stands for Combat Ju-Jitsu. Our programme focuses on self defence and confidence in confrontational situations, recognising and avoiding any confrontational situations with physical contact being used at a last resort. We teach when it is appropriate to use control and restraint techniques. We aim to give the tools and confidence needed to deal with self defence based scenarios as well as everyday life.
